Chicken chili

Ingredients:
- 500g boneless chicken, cut into cubes
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/2 cup onions, diced
- 2 green chilies, chopped
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Salt to taste
- Spring onions for garnish
**Instructions:**
1. Marinate the chicken with soy sauce, chili sauce, tomato ketchup, ginger-garlic paste, black pepper, and salt. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a pan, add marinated chicken, and cook until the chicken is fully cooked and slightly browned.
3. Add diced bell peppers, onions, and green chilies. Sauté until the vegetables are tender yet crisp.
4. Garnish with chopped spring onions.
5. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
